I'm a real estate investor, entrepreneur, and former Real Estate Rookie co-host. I've built a portfolio of more than 30 rental properties using proven strategies: financing, renovations, cash flow, appreciation, and tax advantages.
I come from an immigrant family, and I started with a mobile-home house hack in college. Everything I've built came from hands-on experience, not theory.
